Certificate in Embodied TA
Have you ever wanted to work with the body, but are unsure where to begin? If so, this highly experiential, process driven training is designed to give participants the practical starting blocks for working deeply with the body. The training focuses on skills practice, experiential exercises, opportunity and encouragement to look at your own embodied process, group process and supervision.

A highly experiential and skills based training. Participants in this training will have the opportunity to:

Deepen their understanding of the body and its role in psychological processes.

Develop a sound understanding of the scientific foundations of embodied psychotherapy.

Gain a range of practical, body-based interventions that can be integrated into clinical practice immediately.

Build a comprehensive understanding of Polyvagal Theory and its application in therapeutic work.

Develop greater confidence in working therapeutically with the body, particularly when supporting clients who have experienced trauma.

Explore how movement, embodiment and appropriate therapeutic touch can be thoughtfully integrated into talking therapy.

Module one: Friday the 2nd of Oct 2026 5pm – 9pm and Saturday the 3rd 9am – 6pm
