Online TA Reading Group
For students and qualified practitioners, Somata offers a monthly TA reading group that provides a stimulating and collaborative space to engage with psychotherapy literature. Together, the group explores psychotherapy articles and research papers, critically examining the ideas, evidence and implications for clinical practice.

Information
The reading group is designed to develop therapists' ability to think critically, evaluate research and work from a meta-perspective—core competencies for effective psychotherapeutic practice. It offers an enriching opportunity to deepen understanding of Transactional Analysis theory while remaining informed about contemporary developments in the field.
With intentionally small groups, each session encourages thoughtful discussion, reflection and the sharing of diverse perspectives. The group also provides an excellent starting point for those who aspire to contribute to the profession through writing and publishing psychotherapy articles of their own.
